Fundraiser in pictures

What a day! Yesterday it looked like our Fundraiser could be a potential disaster. Not only were the lightning storms raging over Swanwick, and battering the gazebos put up in readiness for today’s event, but the cat shelter was flooded! A massive clean-up operation ensued to get the shelter ready in time for a huge influx of visitors.

Thankfully the rains stayed away and we had a glorious day. Monies are still being counted but, while we await a final total, take a look at some of our pictures... (they should enlarge if you click on them).

A huge thank you to everybody who supported us, either on the day, or in preparations for the day, by making or donating items for sale, setting up, tidying away, running stalls and visiting. It all helped to make the day a fantastic one, and raise much-needed funds to help our feline friends. Thank you all!
