Meet Angel...

Meet Angel, yet another new addition to Woodland Nook. Angel was very reluctantly brought to the shelter because her owner was moving into rented accommodation and couldn't take her with him.

As you can see, Angel is a very unusual cat in that she has one blue eye and one orange eye. In common with many white cats, Angel is deaf, although a little research has revealed that the deafness is more likely to affect the ear on the side with the blue eye.

She's very beautiful and would make somebody a lovely pet. You would just need to learn some new "rules" for communicating with her. Deaf cats are easy to startle but if you tap on the furniture before you stroke her, she will sense the vibrations and be less likely to be startled.
